Hello My Name Is...

Beverly Sharrock

My name is Beverly Sharrock. I am a Chattanooga native, and I come from a family of educators.   I have been teaching in Hamilton County for 28 years.  I am starting my 24th year teaching at McConnell.   I have taught all grades at McConnell but 3rd.   I graduated from the UTC and I am certified to teach K-8.  I hold a Masters degree in Instructional Leadership.  
I strive to ensure every student who walks into my class leaves with the tools they need for future success.   I want my classroom to be a safe environment in which all students can learn.  I always tell my students we are a family.   
My husband’s name is Greg.  I have 2 sons.  Barrett is 25 and lives and works in Missouri.   Chandler is 23 and lives and works here in Chattanooga.
